KINDERGARTEN REGISTRATION
Registration for New Kindergarten Students Only
(not students currently enrolled in pre kindergarten)
Registration will be:
May 10 & 11, 2012 from 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
&
May 12, 2012 from 9:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.
at the Elementary Office
Required information when enrolling:
Must be 5 yrs of age on or before September 1, 2012
Proof of Residency (Utility Bill)
Certified Birth Certificate (Courthouse Copy)
Social Security Card
Current Immunization (Shot) Record
Parent's Driver's License or Photo ID
